How It Works
How Does Auto Transport Work?
The five steps below help ensure the highest level of quality service during the auto shipping process. When you provide our team with the information we need, we will take care of the rest.
Provide Us with All Relevant Information
To provide you the most accurate quote possible, we will need the pick-up and delivery locations, the type of vehicle (and its condition), the first available pick-up dates, and confirmation of shipping style. We will provide options and find the most competitive prices on the market today. No payment is required until your pick-up is scheduled and your spot on the truck is reserved.
Get a Quote and Book Your Order
Once we receive your shipping details, we will provide you with an estimated quote. Our experts start the process by scouring through our network of licensed auto transport carriers to identify the best options available for shipping to your desired location. We will then present you with the carrier we believe is best for your unique needs.
Confirm Your Driver and Price
Once everything is reviewed and approved, the first deposit is due. This deposit is laid out clearly in your paperwork ahead of time. You will receive a “Carrier assigned” email with your driver’s name, phone number, and the insurance protecting the entire endeavor. All fees are explained up front, and there are never any surprises.
A date will be agreed upon, as well as the estimated time of the pick-up and a location that is easy to access for both you and your driver. At the pick-up location, an inspection will be conducted so that the vehicle’s condition at the time of pick-up is well-documented. Once the bill of lading is signed, your driver will be on their way. You can get a status update during the journey by contacting our team or your driver directly.
We love reuniting our customers with their vehicles. As your driver gets close, we will give you a call to let you know the estimated time to gather your car in your driveway or the previously agreed upon location. Once again, you and the driver will conduct an inspection to ensure your vehicle is in the same condition as when we picked it up. Both parties sign the bill of lading once again, and the process is complete!
